Mindfulness journey - Day 2

Staying calm is a state of art. Today I foster calmness in my mind, body and spirit.

Self-control is strength. Calmness is mastery.

You have to get to a point where your mood doesn't shift based on the insignificant actions of someone else. Don't allow others to control the direction of your life. Don't allow your emotions to empower.

Today's affirmation for calmness:

I foster calm energy in my mind, body, and spirit my body feels peaceful energy flowing in and around me regularly. I choose calm energy now.
