Mindfulness Journey- Day 4

Gratitude. The word I wanted to talk for today is Gratitude. It's a powerful tool that helps you to see what's there than what is not. With gratitude, miracles happen.

All the time isn't easy. But it's when you least feel thankful that you are most in need of what gratitude can give you: perspective.

Being Grateful can transform any situation. It alters your vibration, moving you from negative energy to positive. It's the quickest, easiest most powerful way to effect change in your life - this I know for sure - Oprah Winfrey

Say thanks in everything, with practice things are possible. I don't say I'm a flawless person who sticks to this and live in an alternate world. We all are going through the same thing, I try to follow gratitude challenge or journaling and sometimes I leave boxes blank, some days are different. But, I truly hope gratitude is a powerful thing. Once you start to see the power, there's going back.

Affirmation: I'm grateful for this life, I'm grateful for every morning. I'm grateful for ----, you can add so many things in your daily affirmation.

Take a paper and write about the things you're grateful for today.
