Sloane (Roberts) and Jackson (Bracey) meet by accident during the holiday season. They are both single and cannot stand the holidays, along with showing up to family functions single and alone. They both learn and unlearn about each other and the year of lies they had been into, Sloane and Jackson enjoy all the things they used to hate. By being together and a rollercoaster of emotions they find a mutual and unexpected love.
