Wheat Chocolate Cake

I really wanted to bake something today and ran out of regular flour, so I tried baking with wheat flour. It came out yummy and spongy.



So what you need?

1 cup wheat flour

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 tsp baking soda

pinch salt

1/4 cup cooking oil ( you can replace with regular butter)

1/2 cup Milk

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 cup choco chips


Method:

  1. Sieve flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder and make sure to get rid of lumps.

  2. Add this content into a mixing bowl, add oil and milk.

  3. Mix everything together and add choco chips.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking pan.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-degree celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.

  6. Let it cool for 30 minutes, add frosting or choco spread of your choice for enhanced taste.

Note: 1/2 cup Milk ( Or add according to the batter, consistency but no more than 1/2 cup)
