An Advent calendar is a special calendar used to count the days of Advent in anticipation of Christmas. This year is been so hard on most of us, yet we all survived. It's time to cheer up and take mental health on a serious note.
This year instead of celebrating the Christmas countdown with chocolates and gifts, let's focus on a mindfulness journey. Every day this month I will be posting 25 words to express the gratefulness of life. Take the journey with me and enjoy the Christmas, share love and goodness to fellow humans.
Forgive anyone who caused you pain or harm.
Keep in mind that forgiving is not for others. It is for you. Forgiving is not forgetting. It is remembering without anger. It frees up your power, heals your body, mind and spirit. Forgiveness opens up a pathway to a new place of peace where you can persist despite what has happened to you. - Les Brown.
Forgiveness brings you peace. To start, you need to forgive yourself first. For all the wrong turns, for all the decisions you've made and for so many things you're worried and blaming yourself, it's okay release.
Not forgiving others could set you back, day after day. It could be the thing you end up thinking on regular basis and slow down your progress. The most powerful thing you could do. Embrace forgiveness, it helps you get healed.
Unleash the hidden emotions, take out the emotion of not forgiving. It's time to get healed and move on. Seek to understand the situations and forgive things you've been holding on for a long time.
Affirmation: I choose to forgive. I deserve Peace.
Stay happy and merry Christmas.
